South Africa meets Ireland in Middleton Park Hotel, Co. Westmeath
Caroline and Daniel are based in London but decided to celebrate their big day in the rolling countryside of Co.Westmeath. Middleton Park was a splendid choice of location for the couples celebrations and I was thrilled to document their wedding. Here is the testimonial I received from the newly weds..

High tides in Inniscrone
Weekends away with dear friends are precious...Big tides are like a Michelin starred meal to my husband so we hit the road early on Saturday morning to make it to Inniscrone for one of the biggest tides of the year. I was faulted for not doing much fishing but I had my camera around my neck so that was my excuse. If you ever make it to that neck of the woods book yourself in for a seaweed bath...pure bliss.
